Her name is Angeline, if you couldn't read the title haha.
She's a very clever and vain girl. She takes a LOT of pride in her looks....well, whatever isn't hidden under her clothing anyway. She's HEAVILY scarred all over her body and wears very layered clothing to hide them. She's also not very nice and tends to be snippy and rude to others
She may or may not be a witch, but since I can't figure out what her talent would be, I'm just gonna leave her here and think about it.

She looks awesome! I really like the cyan (I think) markings on her face and her dress is beautiful! Great job!
