Marionette (Hydregion: Pokemon Black 2)
Sapphire (Dialga: Pokemon Black-originally from Diamond)
Arabella (Dragonite: Pokemon Heartgold)
Misty (Flygon: Pokemon Heartgold-originally from Sapphire)
Violet (Garchomp: Pokemon Diamond)

Marionette and Misty can both levitate, but Misty likes to have her feet on the ground during stuff like this :P And Violet hasn't evolved yet in game, but this is what she'll look like when she does.
