Another group, yup! But this group is so creative, I couldn't help it....

History:
Opal was one of the first of a toy line called the "Love Me Dos" The Love Me Dos looked like ordinary plush Audino dolls, but when you squeezed them, they said cute things, such as "I love you!'' and "Mama!'' After Opal was finished, she sat on a shelf in the factory, watching the workers make other Love Me Dos. As more and more were created, Opal started to feel a bit....insecure. Each Love Me Do doll was exactly the same-they were all made of the same plush material with the same colors, they all had the same colored glass eyes, they even sounded the same when they were talked! The lack of individuality didn't bother the other Love Me Dos, but it sure bothered Opal! The thought scared her mostly-how would her new owner tell her apart from other Love Me Dos? Would her new owner get her mixed up with another doll? Opal began to wish and wish that she could be one thing: One of a kind. That was all she wanted.

When Opal and the other dolls were finally shipped out and stocked in stores, they were a big success. So not long after be placed on the store's shelf, she was taken off it to be wrapped up and presented as a birthday present to a little girl named Maria.

Maria was delighted with Opal, and she quickly became her favorite toy. Everyday, Maria would play gently with Opal-quiet games such as tea party, house, and hospital. Being a careful little girl, Maria took great care not to get Opal dirty or loosen her seams. She did make sure to keep her clean and new looking and supplied her with an extensive wardrobe and many different hair ribbons. When Opal wore her outfits and hair ribbons, she felt better about her lack of individuality. She knew that, at least, she would be able to be told apparent from other Love Me Dos....but she was wrong.

One day, Maria's little cousin, Molly, came for a visit. With her, Molly brought along her brand new Love Me Do to play with while she was at Maria's house. Together, Maria and Molly played princesses with their Love Me Dos until it was time to go. But then, disaster struck. Molly's mother wasn't able to tell apart Maria and Molly's Love Me Dos (For Opal has her hair bows and dress off) -and she grabbed Opal instead of Molly's doll! Neither Molly nor Maria noticed.

Back at Molly's house, Molly proved to be a wild child, very unlike Maria. She played wild games like superheros and got Opal messy with mud and peanut butter and jelly, never knowing that she was playing with her cousin's doll and not her own. Soon after Opal's arrival at Molly's house, she was left outside in the mud in the front yard and stayed there for many days afterwards, thinking miserable thoughts about being mistaken for another doll like herself. Her worst fears had come true. She knew that she would never see Maria again. If only she had looked even a tiny bit different, this wouldn't have happened.....

After two weeks of laying in the mud, she was picked up by some strange people who called themselves "Zarrox". Throwing her into a cardboard box of other dolls, they whisked her away from Molly's yard to a even stranger laboratory. In that laboratory, Opal experienced pain like no other-she was cut open, stabbed by needles, electrified, and then sewn painfully back up again. By the time the worst of the pain had subsided, Opal came to the realization that she could move. Her eyes could blink, her tail could wiggle, and if she felt her chest, she could feel a REAL heart beating beneath it. She had been brought to life! And being brought to life also meant something amazing to her-at last, she was unique! But her joy didn't last long-for the Zarrox began to make her undergo tiring tasks to make sure her newly alive body worked. The tasks were hard work and after each day, Opal was left physically exhausted, too work out to do anything, but sleep and think about how she could get away from this terrible place.

One night, she heard whispers of something from her fellow captives that got her excited-there were plains of a jail break! Not long afterwards, the breakout took place-and Opal and her fellow captives found themselves in a mysterious place called Zaphary....

Personality: Opal is quite the rash little lady. She makes decisions very quickly, with little thought, and her choices usually lead her to accidents and nasty situations. She is also very highly opinionated, very serious about what she believes in, and refuses to let others forget it. But despite these things on the outside that make her sound like a bit of a rude Audino, she is secretly kindhearted, sensitive, and insecure. She cares about others greatly, and it hurts her when she fails to do so. Also, her insecurity makes her get upset easily when it comes to something new that she doesn't like.

Hobbies: Collecting things, such as buttons and pretty stones, eating, taking walks.

Extras:
-Since coming to life, Opal has discovered that she LOVES to eat
-If you hug her tightly enough, she sometimes says "I love you!'' or "mama!" because her speech mechanicalism was left inside her.
-She's not afraid to get defensive when it comes to protecting her loved ones
-Buttons and beads facinate her

I hope she seems like a good character! Critiques would be very welcome, as I still need to go searching for the passwords before sending her in....
